When I arrange or sort my bookmarks in Safari, both on my iPad and on my iPhone 12, they randomly change place back to the top of the bookmark list. This is so annoying! I press Change and re-arrange but same thing happens again. I have the latest iOS versions. Anybody else facing this issue, or do anybody have a solution? Thanks 🙂

Are you using iCloud for your bookmarks? You can check that out in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Safari. If this is on, do you experience the same issue with it temporarily disabled? That can help to see if it's being caused by a sync-related issue.
It may also help to try restarting both devices, if you haven't recently: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
