My iPhone 13 pro was stolen. What should I do to make that device useless?

my iphone 13 pro was stolen. I enabled lost mode . do I need to erase that device? what should I do to make that device useless?

These are the steps you can perform in such a situation:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support, and/or:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support
