Have you performed all the recommended actions starting at "Things to check first"? We see that you listed Windows 6, however the recommended Windows version is Windows 10 or Outlook 2016 or later. I am using Windows 10. Yes I have performed all the recommended actions starring at "Things to Check First." The iCloud add-in is available, the "Enable this add-in" box can be checked, but not able to "Apply". iCloud was working fine for years, but stopped working when I tried to send a recent Word document. After that the iCloud Outlook Add-in has been disabled and does not allow for it to be enabled. I have uninstalled iCloud and reinstalled iCloud but no change - not able to enable iCloud add-in.
