Lost Apple Watch

I can’t seem to find my Apple Watch and I can’t remeber where I put it last is there any way it can be traced and it’s dead I tired using Find my devices but it just tracks my iPhone

if it's dead as in no power then electronics lose all functionality and can only be found using visual inspection
