I am wanting to learn how to fly fpv drone with a simulator. The best way is using an actual drone controller connected to the computer via USB cable. Can I hook up a controller to my iPad Air 3? I know I can hook up a game controller via Bluetooth, but that is not the same. Thanks in advance.

If my iPad had a usb c, that would work, but my iPad air3 has lightning. I am wondering if the lightening to usbC camera adapter (with external power). ($49 CAD) would work to connect a wired drone controller to fly a simulator program.
