If restrictions are set to TV-14 shows, I still cannot watch shows rated that.

I have restrictions set at TV-14 shows, however on TV or HBO I still cannot watch those rated shows.

In fact, ever since this change, now I can’t watch a TV show or a movie. I get the “To watch this, change the restrictions in settings.”
