I was scammed by a "fake" Zelle agent yesterday. They had me download an app called "ANYDESK" which i believe was used to search and steal information from my iPhone. I am afraid all of my personal info was compromised. Do I need an antivirus for my iphone now?

There is no antivirus software that works on an iPhone.
You need to contact your bank and cancel any credit cards.
You need to change all your passwords.
