Home app no response on cellular

Allo. I have 3 HomeKit hubs, a 4th gen Apple TV, a 2st gen 4K Apple TV and a HomePod Mini. All are updated to the latest software and work great when I use the Home app on my home's wifi network.

When I try doing anything on cellular, I get "No Response" for every device in the Home app. I've restarted each Home hub, restarted my phone, still "No Response". What's really strange is my wife doesn't have this problem and we have the exact same phone on the same latest iOS version.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Try some resets of your network.

try a soft reset: In control Centre - Turn on Airplane mode- make sure the cellular turns off - then turn Airplane mode back off - Then test
In Settings > General> Scroll down to Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings - Test again

Sadly this didn't help at all. I can see that I'm connected to one of my Home Hubs, and the others say Standby, yet all my devices say No Response. It only happens on Cellular. When I turn on wifi everything works fine. So frustrating, especially because my wife's phone works fine on cellular.

In Settings>Cellular>enable “Home”. If it was enabled, toggle it off, restart your phone, then toggle it back on.
