Override silent mode for specific app

I would like the Todoist app to still notify me with sound, even the iPhone is silent. Usually I have it with sound, but if for some reason the button changes to silent (when in my pocket if it accidentally changes, for example), I don't want to miss out on important notifications.

I followed this, but it's still not working:

Enable App Notifications on Silent Mode - Apple Community

It shows me the notification on lock screen, but no sound.

As suggested I created a new Focus mode, enabled the app under "Allowed Notifications" and enabled the "Time Sensitive" feature. On the Lock Screen page, enabled "Show On Lock Screen" as well.

Is there a way to completely override this and make this notifications have sound?

iPhone 6s, iOS 15
