How can I give permission to my child to download apps if I don't own an Apple device as the parent?

the parent supported device broke, how can my child ask permission for an app purchase I have my family account set up through an Ipad, and when my child try to install an app from the App store, he must Ask Permission to a parent or guardian. However, the permission request is sent to a broken IPAD. Is there a way to change his permission settings, or else change where the request is sent. Switching between parent and child accounts on a non-owned iPad I bought an ipad for my son as a present. I set up my own account to then create a child account on it. How do I approve downloads on my child’s device I just set up an iPhone for my daughter and I am trying to download an app. It says it needs to ask the parent for permission and when we click ask nothing comes to my phone. How do I approve the download for her?
