Apple Watch 6 keeps going to power off screen

My Apple Watch screen keeps bugging out and then will go to the power off screen and start counting down to call sos. The watch can be locked or unlocked it doesn’t matter what I am doing on it it’ll close it out and then go to the power off. We have reset it, done a force reset, unpaired it with the phone. Not sure what else to do.
