I think I wasn’t clear…
I am using a Roku to stream the Apple TV app. I have made multiple attempts with Apple care to fix the issue, with no luck.
my Roku is updated with the latest iOS, my internet speeds and connectivity are fine, all other apps work great, and I can vies Apple TV an my iPhone without out an issue.
I discovered that this issue is KNOW TO APPLE by the number of people who had the same issue as I, and the work around suggested was “begin viewing the show on YouTube iPhone, pause it, and then restart it on the Roku”.
that worked for a bit, and now no dice. I even went out and purchased a new Roku thinking that might be an issur, but no same problem.
to say I’m disappointed with Apple is an understatement, about 10 years ago I switched my ENTIRE family to Apple products and they love them.
so why is this happening to so many people and Apple has not addressed the issue?
