i got charged for something i canceled right away as i purchased the wrong item - how can someone help me get a refund?

i signed up for something that had a free trial for a day but i canceled the subscription immediately and still got charged? How can i get a refund?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
