Balance removal
My app store is Canadian and i would like to change country to Australia. But i have $0.29 left that is preventing me from changing country. How can I remove the balance?

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
