How can you fix an iPod touch model A1574?

So my iPod touch Model A1574 wont turn on and it has been in storage for 5 years (maybe 6 or 4.)So how do you fix it (P.S:it’s a iPod touch 6th gen,and it isn’t on the obsolete list of iPods.)
