Can u tell me why theres a 2 after iphone in settings?

Why is there a 2 after iphone in my settings were it tells me whos sogned into my account

See -> Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

if you see devices that don't belong to you, delete from your account.
