Claim for applcare+ with theft and lost
I lost my iPhone. Luckily, I purchase the theft and lost applecare+ previously. However, there are a question when I am trying to claim.
I check the coverage status at first, the status is good.
After that, I click "Start a claim for a lost or stolen device". And I click the device I need to claim.
And then, the website just becomes "We're sorry". And I cannot do anything for it.
