How long for AppleCare to respond to stolen iPhone 13 Pro Max claim?
I had a iPhone 13 Pro Max and on Thursday(feb 6,2025) afternoon it was stolen I have AppleCare for theft and lost so I had gone ahead to make a claim about it so I just want to know how long its going to take to hear back something. Another issue that I'm having is when I check "find my iPhone" it's showing offline and saying erase pending and that once the phone connects to the internet it's going to be erased I tried cancelling it but it keep coming up saying that it can not send this request and that there is a problem sending the request to that device. Please help
