immigrated adobe creative cloud apps when setting up iMac M1 desktop - Now cannot uninstall, install, or update illustrator, photoshop, or dreamweaver

I immigrated apps when setting up new iMac M1 24" desktop. Now I am unable to update, uninstall, or install any apps from Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

Do I need to wipe iMac clean and start set up again? Will this fix the problem?

I would recommend being in contact with Adobe support staff. If you only found your how do use with Adobe products it’s wise to go to the horses mouth.
