So I have screentime restrictions on my current iPhone 7 that my mother set up and pays for. If I use the same account's email for my new iPhone under me will the screentime restrictions transfer since its from the same account? Or do I have to make a new account altogether with risks of losing my data (contacts etc.)
If you use the same Apple ID and transfer from your current phone it will transfer the same restrictions. If you set it up as a new phone you will lose all content you have on the old phone.
