Typing suggestions

How can I have typing suggestions options on the new MacBook? (late 2021, without the touch bar)

I believe you are referring to what is called Predictive Text, which was an option on Mac's with a Touch Bar, but is not an option on the newer MacBook Pro's without a Touch Bar. You can set the keyboard to autocorrect word spelling instead through System Preferences > Keyboard.
