Activation lock

I bought an iPhone 12 second hand online and when I reset it to factory, it got locked to 'iPhone locked to owner', I don't know where the owner is, please help!

Only the owner will be able to unlock the device. Return it or recycle it responsibly.

activation lock I have just purchased an Iphone SE and when returning home with it I charged and come up with iphone locked to owner. I have tried to contact previous owner for details but have since been blocked. is there anyway I can get rid of this and fully restore to set up with my own details?
