Music App wont play on Bluetooth devices

MacBook Pro 16inch 2021

After it worked for a few month, i cant play any music on the Music App on bluethooth headphones.

If I press play, the music will play for a second, then the famous colourful waiting ball, then another second of music, then disconnect.

I already disconnected, formatted the headphones etc etc.

Problem is with another user and also in safe mode.

Its happening with AirPods, AirPod Pros and AirPod Max. Also with Bose Quiet Comfort 35.

Must be some Apple Music Software issue, as playing youtube videos etc. works just fine.

HELP!
