Using trusted phone number for iCloud account

I provided two phone numbers when setting up my appleid with my iPhone 6plus and iPhone 8, and am wanting to know how to recover my account using the second phone number I provided. The email account associated with my personal appleid has been compromised and my personal phone number has changed. Can anyone please help me with this?
