deleted purchased album, need to download/unhide it directly onto my iPhone

I accidentally deleted The Beatles Red Album from my iTunes library a 2-3 years ago. I tried to get it back; it was a miserable horrible experience. I surrendered and quit/gave up the search last year. I am now trying again.

I only have iTunes on my phone. I do not have a PC or Mac or iPad with my iTunes account. Years ago I did, but those PC's and iPad belong to a public school system and new security measures have deleted my iTunes from those devices.

The Beatles Red Album does not show up in the Purchased Music in my iTunes account on my iPhone. How can I unhide or download the album directly onto my phone?
