I was given a MagSafe battery pack for Christmas 2021 and it worked initially but has stopped over the last three months when I most needed it. My iPhone 12 Pro is in a MagSafe case and charges perfectly well when connected to the MagSafe charger so I would like help with the battery

In particular, try checking the "Check the charge" section to see if the Battery Pack is being charged as expected.
