billing

I get extra unidentified billing charges aside from my icloud storage that i get no details of charges on my card.

Are you use multiple Apple ID account?


Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

  • You can try to request a refund, refund only within 90 days.
  • If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
  • If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
