Safari Access Denied

Hello, While i was trying to plan a trip to animal kingdom, i was searching for resorts and the page was acting slow and all of a sudden when i refreshed my page it said Access Denied i then erased web data n now i can barley load anything on my phone safari, please help

is this a safari problem Here is a screenshot of me trying to get on IG. I logged out of my main account and have trying for days to register a second account. I can get in on my phone though the app, but not safari. It is it something in my history?

Safari would not open Safari shows open in App Store but it’s no where in my phone. I keep getting a pop up message in App Store each time I try to open it “Certain apps, features or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off.”
