In Ukrainian language usage of apostrophe is pretty often. And it’s quite uncomfortable to switch for symbols keyboard for it every time.
Suggestion - add it to main keyboard like in French keyboard.
That key on the French keyboard is not really an apostrophe, it is mainly there so you can easily add accent marks to the preceding letter. If you type I, o, or u, you will see that it changes to ^, and if you type a it changes to `. You would not want that behavior in Ukrainian.
