Direct Access to Ukrainian "ї" on iPhone Keyboard

Hello there!

I believe there is a crucial tweak needed for the representation of the Ukrainian letter 'ї'.

Current layout:

Access 'ї' letter:

The standard Ukrainian keyboard layout, known as ЙЦУКЕН, includes 'ї' as a readily accessible key. This layout is familiar to Ukrainian users and is expected when typing in our native language. This is already implemented on macOs.

While Apple's keyboard design logic accommodates variations of certain characters in languages such as Spanish, where accented letters are considered variants of their base letters, this approach should not be applied to the Ukrainian 'ї'.

In Ukrainian, 'ї' is not a derivative or an accented form of 'і', but a separate, standalone letter with its own unique usage and phonetic value.

Thank you for considering this enhancement.
