MacBook changes my full name to ALL CAPS

In the past few weeks, every time I type my full name, my MacBook automatically suggests and changes it to ALL CAPS when I press the spacebar. I have checked my LocalDictionary file (which is empty). There's no way to add a shortcut because it requires a space between my first and last name. Why is this happening and why can't I find where this substitution/predictive text is located so I can correct/delete it?

In Text Edit can you change it & add to your Dictionary?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
