Can't update my payment information.

Apple suddenly told me my credit card was expired, which it is not. I have tried to "update" it several times, but it will not let me put in the card info? So I tried to delete the payment and just put it in all over again, but it won't let me remove the payment method? So I can't get anything done. Sigh.

Payment Method Apple has an expired credit card as my payment method. When I tried to remove it and update the card, I get a note that Apple cannot remove the credit card. Something about not have a payment on file, which is not correct. How do I update my credit card information?

Can't update payment method. Add payment button is gray It doesn't allow me to delete old card or add a new one. Tried to do this on Apple Id website. Still didn't work. It keeps saying that my card is expired despite new card being valid until 2027

Click ▶︎ Change Payment Method. 
