Payment method
Everytime I try to add a card it keeps telling me this please tell me how to fix this. Didn’t know what to put as the topic so I just put Apple Card but ignore that

I’m not sure what your trying to accomplish, making a purchase or adding a payment source to Apple Wallet app?
There are too many possibilities to list all fixes, but here’s a few.
1) check expiration Date of card
2) use a different browser
3) force restart your device,

4) call financial institution – does account have sufficient funds/credit limit? Does bank allow card to be added to Wallet app for Apple Pay.
