iPhone remote access

I have been experiencing quite a bit of difficulties with my phone, which has lead to, loss of communications, iMessages, email, contact list and a lot more. It’s been going on for 3 months and I don’t have another device to use. I’m just wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction for assistance, and if not I completely understand. I have been wanting to join the community for some time and either way I at least accomplished that.Thanks.

@ Austin: Everyone on my contact list has been blocked from sending or receiving all forms of communications I.e. iMessage, email, phone calls ect. Including Veteran Administration officials,Doctors , Dentists and retailers I deal with. Every app I have from apple ( those installed factory apps included with purchase and app’s downloaded from apple store ) have been used to block me from accessing internet search engines, such as google, yahoo, bing, and Safari Browser. Screen time and Focus are accessed and settings changed so that apps and contacts are inaccessible. Password’s are changed to prevent me from logging in Apple apps store, PayPal, eBay, Facebook, Norton Password Manager, google mail and google YouTube accounts, Roku Tv and many others to many to list. My TV, Cable, and Wi-fi provider’s and apps for those used to access billing statements are disabled in the same manner. My TV provider has replaced my router 6 times and modem 3 times all in the last three months. The Shortcuts app supplied by apple has been set up with triggers to perform actions when trying to access the internet or Screen Time and Focus, so that I can’t toggle settings back where they need to be for normal operations. Family Sharing and personal hot spots have been set up to help further access people, family, and friends in my contacts list. I have had to delete my contacts list and app because of the frequency of access for malicious reasons. I’m down to 8 yes 8 total apps on my Homepage because he would access those for the same malicious behavior. I don’t have iTunes or Apple TV or any other forms of entertainment that make having an iPhone enjoyable. my Control center is constantly changed to the controls he wants. Every single thing in accessibility’s including Haptics, Voice Control, Switch Control, Full Keyboard access for remotely controlling my device. Honestly I could go on and on for quite a while because there’s almost nothing on my iPhone that he hasn’t had access to and used to mess with me. The only thing he has not accessed are my financial accounts like credit cards and preferred payment methods. Apple Support found that as being odd and went on to say he must know that if he did that would be a whole new ballgame as financial institutions, Social Security since I am retired and have my S.S. accounts info on my phone, and other law enforcement agencies would launch their own investigation’s, Well I am sure by now you get a better picture of what I am up against. I feel sorry for Apple Support for the sometimes daily calls I’ve made to get help fixing things. The same could be said for my Cable, Wi-Fi and TV provider. They won’t send any service technician’s out to my house because they have bent over backwards already and it does no good it just keeps happening. I only asked them to come out once and that’s 3 months ago when it first started happening. I would have to believe this might be one of the most unusual case’s the Apple Community and Apple Support has heard of. If you made it thru this post I applaud your effort and thanks for reading!

Hello again.

I am deeply sorry for what is happening, and thanks for going into great detail to assist me on what is going on!

Lets try these things first:

  1. Download any updates you have and can install
  2. Sign out of iCloud if you can
  3. Check if you have any device management (Settings > general > VPN and device management) then please let me know if there is any that you don’t know of, or want to get rid of.
  4. Factory reset your device, (if it allows you of course) you can do this by going to settings > general > transfer or reset phone > Erase all contents and settings - After you reset. DO NOT LOG BACK INTO YOUR ICLOUD, this very could be the reason for these issues! Just create your account with either a new iCloud account, or don’t use one.
  5. If that doesn’t fix it, I would recommend taking it to an official Apple Store, to get it looked at. Because I am greatly sorry, but this is something I have never heard of before!

I am greatly sorry for these malicious issues,

and I wish you only the best of luck!

Best wishes

Austin
