So, If I understand, there is no way to get other apps then the default installed on AB managed devices and/or accounts?
Brought the apps on ABM, assigned them to the location, but neither phone nor user is able to install them :(
Did I missed anything?

Agents are not installed through the App Store and are only used for macOS devices. Some MDM platforms have a self service app that is from the App Store. These apps and more are pushed by the MDM profile to an enrolled device.
Stuck on this part, cause MDM need an agent installed... but you cant install (which would happens automatically) cause account is not allowed to install apps. Even if its agent less, it will not work cause of this.
How Can I do? Found at least the overview that none of the location tokens is synced to the mdm... but no idea where to ex and import additional tokens. Only know about the main MDM token.
For import, Meraki, iTarian and ESET would be interesting.

You'll need to contact your MDM vendor for guidance as each implements the token connection a little differently. Even within vendors, if they have multiple offerings (I'm looking at you Jamf Now and Jamf Pro), the process can be different.
You're missing MDM which is the other half of the equation.
They are pushed via MDM profile, that is right... but they cant be installed, if there is no valid store account on the phone :/
If you purchase through the volume purchase portal within Apple Business Manager, and link the token from that account to the MDM, a store account is not necessary.
