I can’t open an app what do I do?

I downloaded the game for 3$ I tried to open it but it won’t I restarted my phone and nothing worked what should I do?

Delete the app and re-install it. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact the app developer.

I purchased it on my phone because it would download faster on my phone than on my ipad. Now it will not open what I purchased on my Ipad. I contacted vendor, but their fix didn't work. I've tried to contact them again and no response this time.

Games not staying on an iPad I’ve had the same game installed for a few months and it works fine and now when I click on it, it just briefly shows the game and crashes and goes back to the home screen. How can I fix this?

I have a few questions for you, to find the problem!

1: What is the app you are having issues with?

2: What happens when you try to open it? (Instant crash, nothing is happening, game is frozen?)

3: What phone do you have, and what is its iOS version?
