AirPods Pro only charges when it’s plugged in
My AirPods Pro case wouldn’t charge my AirPods, it wouldn’t light up. For it to charge I have to plug it into the charger. How to fix this issue, please. Thanks
Sorry, I gave an incorrect response initially. Are you trying and failing with a Qi charger (and not a MagSafe charger)?
