Removing Ukrainian Language from Magic Keyboard
I am unable to remove the Ukraine language from my Magic Keyboard. I have tried everything from the Settings / General recommendations.

Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and make sure you have only one item on the list, and the name of that item is English. Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure that US (and not "automatic" ) is checked.
