Hello,

this is a general Apple issue with the data (transactional data) Apple is sending to the credit card companies / banks / payment service providers. Currently Apple is not sending correct datasets for the authentication check which is then declined by the credit card companies / banks / payment service providers.

I have the same issue.

Apple Support could not help me. Apple Support is not even informed to whom such issues should be addressed inside Apple and Apple Support closes the incident after the phone call.

This issue can only be tackled, fixed and solved by Apple.

My payment method was declined
