Apple watch is not charging. Idid a force restart but only have black screen

Apple Watch SE. Nothing on the watch indicates it is charging today, although it charged just fine yesterday. I'm down to 2% battery. Followed directions for "forced restart" now all I have is a black screen. What do I do?
