Dear, please I have a question about iCloud+, I am paying 3x 0,99 to 50GB to my family members and I would like to change to 1x 2,99 to 200 GB how to do it easy and not to loose foto of the members

You can upgrade your iCloud and then invite family members to join your family and share iCloud storage with them. When they join your family their iCloud content will automatically be transferred to your (shared) storage.
