Whom to Contact:

Contact the Developer, asking them for the correct drivers. If it does not work, then your device does not have the hardware required for this. Or, perhaps, the Developer has yet to do their part in providing the drivers?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and depending on which iMac model you have, then on the download link for Big Sur or Monterey; it needs to be at least a mid-2014 one to run either of them. If you get a Mac App Store preview page, change the https at the beginning of its address to macappstore.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
