Apple TV everything is unavailable

Hello. I have a Devant smart TV running the latest firmware and Apple TV app. I sign up for apple TV, set everything up. Everything in the apple TV app is unavailable. I try to play a Apple TV original and it says "Episode Unavailable. This Episode is not available in your current country or region".


I live in the Philippines.

I have disabled data sharing or telemetry.

I had to reset the app and set everything up again, no change.

There is no option to force update the app ( I assume the apps are automatically updated).

The TV is running Vidaa.


Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
