Not possible. The current Pages v12 for iOS/iPadOS requires iPadOS 14.0 or later. Apple provides no means to obtain past versions of Pages for older releases of iOS/iPadOS. Note, that iPadOS started at v13.0, so your iPad has iOS 12.5.5.
