Hi, I bought an Apple Watch many years ago and have not used it for a long time. When I charged it recently, it shows a red exclamation point and "www.apple.com/help/watch" on the screen. What should I do with that? Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
It says “double click the side button and follows what appears above”. I did double click it, but nothing happened and nothing appeared.
As the page says if that didn't work then you have to send in the watch for a mail in repair.
