After clicking "Get" for the Monterey update, my computer has the Software Update window showing Finding Update for hours with nothing actually happening. What do i do now?

Hi, you may go to check system preferences > software updates(as another way of upgrading your MacOS). Give it more time if it is a relatively older computer and try restarting it if it still doesn't work for a long time.
