Xs turning of at 25%

I’m having a problem I just bought my new iPhone XS and it’s turning off at 25% my battery health is at 100% .Can it be my software causing this ? It’s on 14.8.1

if you this issue still happening I will suggest you to back to the store that you purchase this phone from!

It's not "new" – it was introduced Sep 2018. When did you buy it and was it from a reputable source?
