my mother's account is blocked

it's an iPhone 13. my mother was angry and touched the phone settings, she pressed something and blocked her account, the phone can't be upgraded and games and applications can be downloaded ... I read on the internet how it works and nothing, I finally decided to contact you. help me!

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


You must contact Apple for help with this issue as it cannot be resolved any other way.
