Cannot connect to App Store on Apple TV

Hi,

I have an Apple TV model A1625 (4th Gen)


I want to download a new app but when I go to the App store I gat the message 'Cannot connect to the App store'


I've tried to logout and login again.


I'm comfortable that I know the password, I logged into here by typing in the password.


Not a apple user for anything else other than the Apple TV.


Any ideas?

if it was me then I would try to pull the plug on the appletv and wifi router and let them start up again and if that did not resolve it then I would Reset Apple TV - Apple Support
