Why are you trying to charge my card when I have no subscription and I’m trying to get a free app

Y’all continuously charge my card when I’m trying to get a free app there has been purchases made off my card from the App Store my Apple Pay for no reason y’all need to fix it it’s gotten to the point I can’t keep money on my card
